The team leader is very nice at the ironer site, also the engineering manager even the people in the office they're very good and friendly . I want to work at this place forever if they like my performance at work hahahah

Cannot get any kind of service. no one returns calls. And always short when delivering goods.

Inconsistent, always fail to reach the phone lines. Deliveries are always incorrect whether it is a short delivery or incorrect venue's stock. I understand I am not the only customer but if you cannot keep up with demand you need to do something about that as loyal customers will be lost.

The customer service team - in particular My Ly are incredible. They helped retrieve my daughters teddy after it got lost in hotel linen. Cannot speak highly enough of their care and communication.
