Ultra Tune Bayswater

Found them to be honest , which is not something I have found with other mechanics over the years.

In hindsight, the joke is on me for using a Groupon deal. That being said, I got charged $166 for an oil and filter change.They also quoted me a ludicrous price for an air filter and cabin filter change ($125).What annoyed me most though was that they were meant to do a comprehensive check of the car. I know for a fact that my front tyres are very due for a change, and both my windscreen wipers are shot to pieces. The wheel alignment needs doing and the front brakes need changing.I know these things because I drive the car. None of these issues were even brought up in the owl checklist, which makes me wonder what exactly I got myself into in the first place.

Got a Groupon to save money as things are tight. Should have stayed with my usual mechanic. Quoted a price for fixing a coolant leak ($60) over the phone, but when I went to pay it was suddenly $150. Also, now, about half the time I back up the back wheels? axel? groans (they replaced the brake pads) but because it didn't do it the day I took it back to be fixed they couldn't tell me anything. The car also pulls significant to the left now, but they won't look at it. Curiously, it was fine before I till it in. Never coming back, and will have to think very carefully about going to any other Auto Tune.

Romy and his team is really good at their work and most importantly they are honest. They know the meaning of customer service and does not charge you extra $$$Very reliable and trustworthy.Good luck Team

They ripped me off over $2000I Brough my car in there because it failed to go into reverse.They weren’t sure so they assumed it had to do with the gearbox.The replaced the whole gear box at around $2000. A few days later the car had the same issue.I took it back and was told it was a blown fuse.They told me it was a seperate issue!!Then they gave me a car to drive for the day while the replaced it which had broken headlights and other issues with it, and they were going to let me drive it but I had to get them to fix it so it was legal..The fuse keeps break so I replace it manually now when it breaks, which is every 3 - 6 months maybe.At the end, there’s nothing I can do to get my money back because how could I possibly prove anything..Absolute thieves.Don’t go here

My starter motor failed when I was out and was worried about the cost of getting the car towed to the mechanic When I called Ultratune I was told that I had roadside assist as a result of a previous service. There was no charge to have the car put on a truck and taken to the Bayswater workshop. The staff are very professional and repaired the car at a competitive price. I'm very satisfied with the service and the pricing at Bayswater Ultratune and would not hesitate recommending them for a service or repair.
