Scott from SDB has performed 2 inspections for us and his service has been exemplary. He is easy to reach, generous with his time and always extremely prompt. He is thorough with inspections, even where access is difficult, and looks out for his clients when up against tough agents. Most importantly, he is an excellent communicator who is always willing to have a detailed chat about a property on top of what he gives in the report. Scott has made our purchasing process much easier and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Using the services of Inspectahomes took all the worry out of my Villa purchase. I could proceed with the knowledge that the property was in sound condition, and use the defect report to negotiate a better price. Scott from SDB Inspecta Homes was recommended by McGrath Gosford. However, Scott had no knowledge and understanding about his profession. He did not ask for adequate access upon conducting a Building & Pest Inspection by the property owners and failed to reach out to the purchaser. He submitted a superficial report where his comments were different to the pictures. He was extremely difficult to reach via phone despite repeated attempts.

Had tbis company do my property inspection 2 years ago , he gave a glowing report with no issues,alarm bells should of rang for me,poor electrical air cond wiring ,defects all over the building,have spent so thousands of dollers on replacement and repairs ,this guy just takes our money ,i could of did a better job,stay clear of this company

I agree with a lot of the other comments about this company, his report kept saying 'no access', very superficial, don't bother with this guy, find someone else to inspect your property.
