wants cash, probably trying to cheat ATO, canceled my appointment when i offer eftpos. The lady at the reception was rude, could not communicate clearly, would not recommend this place.Zero stars.

Came here for the first time last week. Not the best massage I’ve had. There are no rooms in this salon but small sections separated by curtains so that you can hear everything. There is no music playing so you can’t really relax. Unlike most places, no candles were lit in the “rooms”. Baby oil was used for the massage (what the!!??). And the person who did my massage didn’t have much power it seemed, didn’t feel much of the tension being released. Definately not going to return. This place is cheap and doesn’t require a booking in advance but it’s a sub standard place so don’t recommend it at all. Have a Thai massage at Castle Hill, much better!

Worst massage place especially when dealing with “Penny” I asked for specific “reflexology feet massage to bring on labour” she said they offer this service and had a man rub my feet it was no reflexology and when I told her he didn’t perform the proper service as he only rubbed my feet and calves she said “so sorry he didn’t know how to do this, come back and I get a female that knows how to do this for you” I went back the next day and she asked me to pay again ! I certainly refused to pay and ever go back here. They are clearly not qualified massage therapist either they just do what they feel like on you !

Hit and miss sometimes depending who you get. I Like that they have a timer clock so you know you’re getting all of the time you pay for.

Horrible experience.. she simply apply oil didn't do massage after telling her several times... still didn't do the massage.. very arrogant.. she terminated the massage in half way sent me out without doing anything... in top of that she threatened... very very bad experience.. please do not go there...I doubt they are involved in some other business as well as they threatened like that...

Went here for my first massage. Wow it hurt. My back and shoulders were very tense but ouch ouch ouch. The masseuse put some tiger balm on me and pretty much told me suck it up. I left more tense then when I walked in.

Tried this place for the first time today and was very happy.Firstly called to make a booking and easily made with a lovely man. When arriving he was just a polite. Receive my massage from Allison who was GREAT! So relaxing and I walked out feeling amazing.

I booked an appointment and was still waiting to be taken in after half an hour. The masseuse was extremely rough and seemed like she was rushing through the massage. I was in so much pain and had to plead with her 4 times to stop hurting me. Her reply was a grunting noise. My back is now extremely sore and my spine is bruised. Don’t go there lol.

I find it very difficult to find a skilled masseuse but I have definitely found a winner here. After a long shift of work I went in desperately because my lower and mid back were in agony (which is common site of tightness for me). After the massage I was in so much relief. Will definitely be a returning customer.

Despite of sharing the problem area, the masseurs didn't know what to do, half of the time was wasted and then called senior member, while she was really hard. In this swap overs they didn't complete the job properly. Would never visit again!
