The shop has got a good variety of local produce (excluding oysters). Grabbed a bottle of Chardonnay recommended by an owner who seems to know very well what he sells. Small but well sourced wine list along with local cheese is appealing. Not sure if they sell aged beef in a display fridge, but I’d love to try those!

Have worked in the meat industry in Cairns for 38 years. Have to say best pepper steak cape grim fillet and best family pies ever. Great food great service. You guys are on a winner in St Helen’s

Without doubt one of the best butchers in Australia. Not the cheapest but best quality meats, salads, breads, fish. You name it, theyve got it. And top quality. Spoil yourself, have the best of Tasmanian produce.

Camping and stopped in for supplies. Got meatballs in homemade tomato sauce. Good to get quality food that will work out at a great price compared to a takeaway. Pumpkin sourdough was beautiful. Yet to cook up some of the meats.

The staff here are very friendly and extremely helpful. They were all lovely and the things they stock here are out of this world! Amazing cheeses, chocolates, cured meats and far out! The boysenberry Tasmanian ice cream. Absolutely delicious. This place is a gem.

We stopped in and grabbed some lamb for our lunch - it was incredible! As we were travelling in a motorhome, we decided to go back and grab some more. We also grabbed some sausages. We have cooked 4 of them so far and they have the most amazing flavours - firm, not oily. Wish we lived in Tassie as this shop sells some of the finest produce I have tasted!

Boy I wish this shop was open when we arrived on Sunday, what a gourmets delight. Such a great selection, and many things I could not buy locally at home in Berwick or nearby suburbs. Well done to all concerned.

I really enjoyed this shop. We bought a fresh pumpkin bread, Tasmanian smoked salmon, wild cherry cider and some nuts muesli bars.All was simply delicious and from Tasmania. The nuts bars were just the best I ever had. We came again the day after to buy more and bring them with us on our road trip. Very friendly staff.

Picked up some gourmet sausages from here while travelling the coast. The apple and lamb sausage was superb with some Camping Tortillas that I enjoyed at Binalong Bay. Quality sausage.
