Apex Carpet Cleaning & Pest Control

Dont use this guy Darren. He asked for money up front, which I declined. I left him to do the carpet cleaning (3 lge bedrooms, walk-in closet, a hallway & stairs) and pest control and only 40 mins later he called to say he had finished (that included the time to unload and set up his equipment and repack it in his van) and wanted payment. The last cleaners took 1.5 hours just to do the carpet, nevermind the pest control - they did a good job. There's no way he could have done it properly in that amount of time. Sure enough when I went to the property to check, I wasnt happy.He's since been bullying not only me but one of my friends as well for payment. He's a total shonk and I've just reported him to the relevant authorities.

These guys are A+, carpet dries within 3 hours and is so clean! Darren's offsider was here the other day (sorry mate forgot your name) and was friendly, approachable and efficient! Highly recommend them - A1 job Thanks guys :D

These guys are awesome, do a good job at a great price, have been using Darren for years. Great expertise and knowledge and always willing to go the extra mile or give advice on different options. Have used him for pest control, termite barriers and bond cleaning services, thoroughly recommend.

In my opinion don't go near it. A most unpleasant experience. He's a rude, illiterate sounding smart ar#@ and he'll try to rip you off. The moment you pick him up on his bogus claim of some kind of overtime needed to do your filthy house" he'll get nasty. He'll even go so far as to claim that he'll report you to the realestate for saying no. As if he's working for the realestate and not you.I feel sad to think how an elderly person must go with dealing with him.I'd give him minus 5 stars if that were an option. Google won't allow the post unless there's at least one star. They'll add it to the two stars he's got in 5+ years.I believe he's best avoided."

The guy named Darren was very kind and approachable. I used him in doing my carpets and bond cleaning. They were a great team. The girls were so lovely and did an amazing job. Overall I was very satisfied with their output, the house smells so good and the windows and mirrors were sparkling clean. Will definitely use them again in the future.

I use Darren for my annual pest control. Today he called ahead to check if it was ok to come earlier than scheduled. Darren is always friendly and efficient, providing good pest protection for my home.
