I came here when my very sentimental pendant broke. He is amazing! He values his name and solid work over any price you can offer him. He made sure I knew the risks as he was unsure that the heat from the laser would not burn the stones. At the end I decided if I don't try to fix this piece, it will still never be worn again anyway, so I took the risks. When I came to pick it up - I honestly could hardly hold back the tears. Thank you so much!

Raphael's place is a unique place where you can have your gold and silver jewelry fixed, corrected and buy a new one. The gentleman who is the owner-operator Raphael is a lovely gentleman who knows what he's doing and has many decades of experience behind him. When you walk into his shop not only you get superb, quality and professional service but you also get that feeling of being in a jewelry store somewhere in Cairo, Damascus or Baghdad. That feel of old-fashioned style is so beautiful and incredibly nice to see. It's a refreshing place to come and see, place that has that personal touch which you can't get much anymore since a lot of purchases have become online and faceless. This place on the other hand, makes you feel great just by bring there. Five stars all the way!
