Jake came to service my unit after having installed it nine years ago. The Bosche system is running well and the service was completed without a problem. My wife and I live in in regional Victoria and we have just gone through the process of having hydronic heating installed in our 1890s Victorian villa, which mostly has 11-foot-high ceilings. The work was done by Camberwell (Melbourne) firm Nissl Eichert Heating, and we are only too happy to sing their praises. We were pleasantly surprised that a leading cty heating specialist would be willing to come to our location and install such a quality heating system at what to us was a fantastic price. Their quote was substantially lower than that provided by local heating installers, who were slow in responding, even slower in getting a quote to us, and who, although they were supposed to be providing a set quote, ummed and arred about extra costs and the final price we would have to pay. The Nissl Eichert approach, in contrast, was expedient and professional, and final price" meant final price.The contact process was simple and easy. I initiated contact through the Nissl Eichert website by submitting a quote inquiry form and including a plan and details of our house. Nissl Eichert Heating was able to heat-rate the various rooms in our house from the basic information I provided and emailed me a detailed quote the following day. That was a one-day turnaround on the quoting process

From start to finish, it was a pleasure to work with the Nissl team. Their quote was by far the most reasonable, and the quality of work was outstanding – everything delivered on time and on budget, as promised. I was one of those annoying customers that had a lot of questions and went back and forth on decisions, but Callum and his team were always so helpful and accommodating.
