Came in on a last minute whim on my way to a funeral for a lost baby twin boy and the women working went above and beyond to put together a bouquet for me to gift to the parents and baby. During busy valentines rush I hadn't held out much hope and was a last minute decision but they did an amazing job with what I asked for as well as dropping what they were doing to help right then and there, even included a little butterfly for baby. I'm so thankful and would 10/10 reccomend for excellent service, pricing and flowers quality!

Amazing customer service.The delivery address was a construction site, so they contacted me to advise and where happy to deliver to an alternative address. Ontop of this the house had other floral arrangements placed outside by other floriststs who neglected to advise of the address. Blooms where happy to also deliver those arrangements to the new address at no added cost.They simply went above and beyond.Thank you

Hands down the best florist I’ve ever come across. The service and the quality of flowers is absolutely amazing! You can tell the flowers are of a high quality and they are always smell and look fresh! The delivery service is always quick, reliable and friendly! If I could rate 10/10 I would.

Had the most unhelpful customer service experience at this florist. I went to this florist for the first time and was greeted by a staff member so I explained that I was after a couple of small bouquets to give to my daughter and her friend at their preschool graduation. The staff member directed me to their big selection of flowers and said to pick out each individual flower as they charge per stem, and she'll put it into a bouquet. Knowing very little about flowers, I was at a loss as to what to pick so I asked which flowers are more sturdy as they were for young kids. The staff member then said all flowers were fragile and would bruise if handled roughly. Ok. So I then repeated that I only needed two small bouquets and expected some suggestions from her, but she simply repeated to me to pick out the flowers myself. Realising I was getting nowhere I politely said I'll have a think about it and turned to leave the store to which the staff member rudely said you have to tell me what you want

Super impressed. Went in looking for flowers (and got a beautiful bunch), but also came out with other purchases (great selection of candles and other bits).Customer service was 10/10Totally recommend.

Belfield Blooms put together and devliered a beautiful bunch of flowers to my mum last week for Mother's Day. She was very happy.They took my phone call quickly and the website was easy to use. Delivery costs were not overpriced like on other websites.Great customer service. I would use them again.

They delivered the flowers to the wrong address. We called about it - they gave no explanation as to why it happened and their solution was for US to return the flowers to their shop AND we would have to pay an additional $35 dollars to have the flowers delivered to the correct address. There are several florists in the area that probably won’t give you the same headache. We’re now going to order a Sherpa to deliver them as this is cheaper and more convenient than their solution. Pretty upsetting as the flowers were for someone grieving.
