Hot Potatoes

I love hot potato's !!! They have so much fun stuff and lots of cheap canvases. I would always come here for a quick look into the party aisle or for a great deal on a large good quality canvas. Everything is cheap cheap and it's a great quick stop if you need a souviner or something convenient. The staff is also very kind if you become a regular but sometimes they are too busy stocking or organizing to pay much attention to you. Good shop.

Shop is disgustingly crowded with too much stock that it's dangerous.Also lady at count rudely mutters under her breath assuming you can't understand, even when you're politely talking to her

all the stuff. generally cheap and not always best quality, but everything you think you might need and dont want to go all the way to bunnings for (and you'll pay more at bunnings too). costume supplies. electrical and home. bit of everything. and export spray paint

The worst customer service I have ever received. The lady was extremely rude and unfriendly. The store is also crowded, dirty and difficult to navigate. Avoid.

Very rude service, wrongly priced items, and very messy environment.When my hands were full and I put on the floor what I was going to buy, the clerk came and told me to pick it up. When I her my hands were full and I was going to buy the merchandise, she glared at me and walked away.When I asked about a price difference in merchandise when checking out, she interrupted me and said it was mispriced. She told me to put it back if I wasn't going to buy it. When I agreed, she stopped checking my items out and told me to put it back immediately.After my items were checked out, I tried to pay with my Visa credit card from the US. It doesn't have a pin number because it's a credit card. When she asked me to type my number in, it only said for me to press ok. When I did, she became very angry and canceled the transaction. She told me I have to put a pin number in because that's how it's done in Australia. (I'm from the U.S.)When I explained to her that our credit cards don't have pin numbers, and I have successfully used my card all over in Australia including Melbourne earlier that day, she told me that she doesn't care.She told me that just because I don't know the pin number to the card doesn't mean it doesn't have one. When I asked her what am I supposed to do, she said she doesn't care. I took my business elsewhere, and I was able to use my card.

Rudest women I've ever met! ...Take my advice, go down the road to the import store where you will receive friendly attentive service, cheaper prices, cleaner/clearer store & product knowledge.

Very rude service. The chinese women racist. I often come the next door shop , its nice. But this shop is very bad. This business is very quite. I dont know why they can stay there for a long time. Never come back again. :(

I really like this place. If you need a hat come here! It literally has everything. Cheap too. Terrific shopping!

This is by the rudest women I have come across don't believe go in the shop and just ask a question she is totally out of control I just asked her if she had any plastic fruit and she told me to go look myself
