BeWaxed Townsville

I have been travelling for a few months and my have the most amazing waxxing adress at home. Unfortunately i have had to try some waxxing place along the way and they were all bad (slow, painful and not the best results) until Zoe @ BeWaxed came along.I can honestly say the results are great, she was quick and fun to talk to!Happy with my hairless armpits, legs and other body parts as well as with the service and pain level (because she was nice and quick, it was really pleasant and no pain at all!)If you live in townsville or hist traveling through, like me, and need a wax: go here!

About a year worth now of regularly coming here for great experiences with all of the staff. Today, however, a new (to me) clinician went that few more extra steps whilst looking after me, including running out to put a coin in the parking meter when i remembered mid-tint that i forgot to do that!! Great product/services and really wonderful, human gestures that are not expected but make me not want to go anywhere else but here. Thank you and see you in 6 weeks =)

Probably one of the most efficient and pain free waxes I've experienced (I've had many at many different salons). The online booking system was smooth and streamlined. I booked in and was sent a quick form to fill out, when I arrived just twenty mins later they had all my details and we were ready to go. Excellent value too.

I left with very uneven eyebrowsI got the tint color discussed and agreed upon but didn't realize until I left that my right one is bigger and closer to my eye than my left (smaller). After a week, the difference is still obvious and I'm going to have to get another service.

Great service! Zoe did a great job with my first 2 waxes ever. The pain only lasted a second and the results were great. Definitely will keep coming back here.

Post Edited**HORROR STORY- it has taken me a long time to get the courage to write this. But I visited this Townsville salon in 2020. I was travelling around Australia and needed my Brazilian done. Something that I have had done many a times before.I can confirm to this very day it was THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. To the point I now have anxiety before all my appointments, even though I have had gentle and kind experiences since and back at my regular salon.Sometimes the wax not hot enough other times so hot that I had a received a burn which blistered. She caused a lot of skin trauma and there were many areas left where the follicles bled, something I have never experienced before or again to this day. To top it all off she left mid appointment to go out for a cigarette.I wish at that time I had the courage to get off the bed and walk out.This review is just to raise awareness and to be aware and cautious ladies. This is just my experience" but I feel it needs to be told."

After moving here from Melbourne, I've been on the search for a new waxing beautician. After having a traumatic experience at another place I was nervous to try somewhere new.I was pleasantly surprised by the service I had today from Zoe. She was very friendly and professional. She did an amazing job. It was super quick and basically pain free. I will definatly be coming back and I highly recommend this place. :)

Went in for a spray tan and left there blotchy and uneven and my knuckles and ankles and elbows there disgusting I sent an email with attached photos and no response so I called them and they said a manager would call back TWICE and I have heard nothing back it has now been over 2 weeks!! Extremely unhappy!!No I did not get you mixed up with anyone else I called the shop in Townsville city where I had it done and I spoke to a lady who took my information and said she would get the manager to call me and I emailed the email on the website which I also have proof of.

Excellent waxing salon in the CBD, friendly staff and always run on time. Tanning as well. Won't find better value in all of Townsville - $45 for full braz and $40 on return, I challenge you to find better.Also sell a range of cosmetics. Highly recommend BeWaxed.
