Placed an order at 7pm, the menulog app said the drived as waiting at the stone since 720pm. At 750pm i started calling the store (on a mobile number they dont seem to have land line) I called 15 times in a row and everytime it went to message bank, no one every answered. At 810pm i get a text saying the meal will be ready at 820pm, over an hour and the drive doesnt even have the food. This is not the first time this noodle box has taken far longer and what is considered reasonable to prepare a meal. I'm only ordering from Beenleigh now, even with a 40min round trip its still faster than Park Ridge.Also how bout putting some Brocolli into a Thia Broc. 2 tiny pieces in a large meal is false advertising

Over $21. For large serve 3/4 rice. No Flavour. Asked for Sweet & Sour Pork.Got thin slices of something . Very little pork. Never Again.Kebab Shop at Park Ridge. Large $12.99Far better meal.If I wanted Rice , I would have cooked rice at home. Far Cheaper.

Always good food and no complaints, I'm quite a regular here, although it is a bit expensive for what you get.For as long as I've been coming here and that's many many years it's always been the same guy on the wok and that's evident in the taste of his food, it's consistent so when you order it you know the flavour and takes you gonna get with the same as you got last time.

Originally I gave this store a five starWon’t be buying from here againSpecial fried rice , no flavour what’s do ever and one piece of pork and Hardley anything but plain rice.Proceeds to tell partner might taste a little different today that was after he cooked it.You got that right if I just wanted plain boiled rice would have made it at home.We ended up throwing out

Walked up to the front of the store, I noticed a really strange and off-putting smell emanating from the store. Walked inside, one of the TV monitors was out and a light flickering near the cash register without a soul in sight. I said loudly hello" multiple times to no avail. A mobile phone that was left on the counter rang out. It legitimately felt like I was in a zombie apocalypse movie. I waited for about 10 minutes before I walked out. A Noodle Box employee was on her way back inside

We’ve not eaten from noodle box in years, because the last taste experience we had wasn’t very good. This time however, Park Ridge had the flavours just right. Not too much, not too little in flavours. The flavours throughout each of our meals we consider just right! Portions was decent in size also. Well done to the chef. It’s not easy pleasing people. But I have to say … as a level 7 Google moderator that’s big on food. You did well. Thank you.⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the effort behind the hot flame.Would’ve provided more stars however, the music was too loud, there was too many people behind the counter with staff roaming around aimlessly despite micro management system which lets down big time. Service was okay.

Ordered two large meals and one small meal of of honey soy chicken and teriyaki chicken . Drove all the way home only to find that food smelt and tasted like dishwashing liquid or cleaning chemicals. Drove all the way back to the store showed the lady and she agreed it smelt disgusting . Shift supervisor or owner was rude and tried to make us wait while he continued to make other orders for people . The place was very unclean and the manager handling food without putting gloves and then touching his phone and picking up other order . Anyway got my refund after a big scene . Very bad place to eat I won’t be recommending to any of my friends or anyone that cares about food safety .

Staff don't know the menu, but pretend they do, making it look like noodle Box is false advertising. Staff didn't listen to order, so we had to constantly repeat the same information.Staff on break decide to have their phone on loud speaker, so every one has to hear their conversations.Food was pretty good though. They accidentally gave me the larger noodle size.

Tried noodle box for the first time at this Park Ridge store and it was very nice and filling. The taste of the noodles were exceptional. The new items (fried rice and chicken) was a bit average but still not a bad option to try out if you don't want something as filling and heavy as noodles.We also tried the fried chicken thigh fillets and that was really nice taste. I do recommend they start offering at least one set of sauce with the fried chicken combo meal (not for extra $$). It would have been nice to try it with different sauces rather than plain.Coming to the noodles the regular/ medium box was indeed quite big when it came to portion size. I appreciate how this noodle box doesn't skimp and reduce the quantity of food given to customers. The menu items are a bit on the pricey side and it would have been good to see some lunch/ dinner deals or even combo deals from noodle box.
