I attach here the complaint I made to the HCCC in relation to Dr Mark RoweI accept the principle

Very abrupt and rude receptionists. Take forever to get scripts out. They demand payment in full which is a very expensive sum of money for any reasonable person the same day of consultation but then refuse to fax scripts the same day. How does that even make any sense? No email or digital services. The whole thing is a circus.

After following Dr Cannon from another location i ended up having to find another doctor because of the receptionists here.Dr Cannon a great doctor but the new admin staff cause so many stressful issues. I used to see Dr cannon at Broadway and appointments ran smoothly and staff were organised, professional and educated.At this location Dr Cannon was always running a minimum of 40 minutes late. This left me having to take full days off of work just for a 20 minute appointment.The reception staff are unorganised, unfriendly and seem incapable of simple tasks like passing on a phone message to Dr Cannon.It would often take 3 phone calls and an email to get through and even then, the correct message was never communicated properly.There were several incidents with reception staff that left me in an absolute panic, including being told to go to the emergency room instead of passing on a simple prescription refill request and also being accused of lying about a certain medication Dr Cannon had prescribed me regularly for years.I hit my limit when i called to say i was going to be 5 minutes late due to traffic, keep in mind Dr Cannon was consistently 40 minutes late, and the receptionist firmly told me i couldn’t attend the appointment 5 minutes late, even though i was happy to take a shorter appointment, and she would have to reschedule me for the next appointment in three months which would leave me without my regular prescriptions. I wasn’t able to attend and it took 2 days for reception to pass that message on.If Dr Cannon had better receptionists i would still be her patient.

21 years as a patient of Dr Beverly Turner. I’ve never had issues with Dr Turner who is an excellent Doctor or the lovely reception staff. Completely recommend.

Zero would be more appropriate. They don't even do email. They're still on fax machines. Money hungry and rude is an understatement.Dr Tony M isnt a good shrink. His delutions and argumentive nature are an attempt to cover up the fact that he has no genuine ability or care. The whole time...writing in his little book, which I'm pretty sure he is just drawing pictures of himself.

Receptionists do not communicate with one another. The amount of times I had to call & repeat myself and confirm everything as they don’t send you any confirmations nor do they have an email which I find very odd. Extremely unprofessional. Dr Mahli was lovely & made an exception to do a Skype call as I’ve moved to Melbourne. Although in summary I was told I should find someone here in Melbourne to see regularly and given nothing in the mean time from Dr Mahli. Been waiting for this appointment & felt like it was a bit of a money grab to be charged the full amount of $500 for an initial consultation to be given some recommendations for other specialists in my new city. Wish he’d told me before instead of taking me on or one would think they’d at least not charge me full price given I gained nothing from the session in a time of need . Wouldn’t recommend the clinic.

I can't speak for the quality of the doctors but trying to get an appointment here is a disappointing experience.Having got a referral from my GP I called to make an appointment and was told I would have to send a copy through to them before I could do so. There's no email address, so you have to contact your GP and ask them to fax it through. Once referral came through I was told that the doctor's books were closed.It completely baffles me as to why I wasn't told this when I first called and was asked to go to the extra effort of faxing a referral instead. Receptionist comes off as dismissive and impatient on the phone.

The most unprofessional, under-servicing experience ever had with a medical professional and their rooms. Files were regularly misplaced, psychiatrist heavily charged for almost no meaningful care or service, my daughter was actually scared of her!!! Receptionists are rude and dismissive. Only business I know who does not use email, you need to fax or mail information, hoping it might get there and somehow find its way to the doctor.When confronted about the fees, which are the highest i have ever experienced for such a specialist, we were dumped as patients.

More than 20yrs I've been a client of Greenwich Specialist Consulting Rooms and found them to be a most professional medical reception.
