Have had my Fiat for 2 years - my interactions with the Nambour Cricks group has always been a pleasure - services are a breeze - the courtesy bus is such a help when having my car serviced. got ignored for 30 minutes ... there was only one other couple there , we were told someone was being sent out to see us , 30 minutes later , nothing. good job guys.

A recent experience with the service repairs department was sub-standard and their customer service was appalling. We were left stranded twice and were massively out of pocket as a result of our dealings with them.Our Fiat motor home broke down at Coolum on Wed 16/3/22. It was towed to Sunshine Coast Fiat Professional (SCFP) where we were told that it would looked at next day or on Fri 18/3/22 but it wasn’t. On contacting them everyday we were told the same story that they hadn’t looked at it, they were really busy and would possibly look at it the next day…. We even received an an sms stating that the vehicle was booked in to be serviced on 23/3/22 but again were let down. On Mon 28/3/22 were told the issue was a fuse and relay. We picked up the vehicle on Tue 29/3/22 and less than 24hrs and 116kms later the vehicle broke down again with the same issue and we were left stranded again having to be towed to another Fiat repairer who made a correct diagnosis of the issue (hydraulic pump), repaired it and had us on the road again in 3 days.Would NOT recommend SCFP to anyone.

Hi ZaacAngelica loves the photo you took of us at delivery and thanks for a seamless purchase experience.The Fiat Ducato van ran very nicely on the way home, a bit tight on the suspension across the jittery concrete sections around Yandina but no doubt will soften with a bit of weight on board. Lots of power, flexible and smooth motor, very impressed!

The service and the friendly staff who attended our needs are outstanding.We used the complimenty transfer into town, and our driver was so friendly and suggested places to see while we waited for our vehicle to be ready, and then he collected us from town back to the dealer.Thank you Sunshine coast Fiat.
