They don't communicate, they make promises that it will be returned and then don't. The worse part is I had to go back 3 times and since they apparently reinstalled Windows, I have Boot Manager errors saying it wasn't installed properly and files are missing. DONT USE THEM FOR COMPUTER REPAIRS........"
