When I entered their office I got a warm welcome by Valsa (receptionist was busy with other client),I was looking for an appointment on the next day, Valsa quickly arranged an appointment with Shivani on the next day. Shivani was fantastic to provide a high quality service to us. Shivani explained everything in details and follow up with us about some pending docs etc..and lodged our tax returns without any delay. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUYS!! I was their customer more than 4 years and suddenly when I went one day without appointment since she was not coming on the phone after multiple failed attempts and it was urgent for me. She shouted on me very loudly Infront of her staffs and insulted me with words. I left the premise very quietly (I couldn't believe I was in shock). Completely unprofessional and unethical behaviour with customer like me. I have reported this behaviour to her franchiser and they didn't believe me and went ahead supported her. That's why I would recommend STAY AWAY, they don't listen to customers. There is no minus or zero star rating in google, otherwise I would have given them that number. Unfortunately I would have to select at least one star for me able to post this feedback.
