The Sands Resort
Stayed in a 2 bedroom townhouse, was really nicely presented with modern furniture. It was great that the main bedroom had air conditioning. Location is so beautiful being across the road from Pipi Beach. The swimming pool is fantastic. We loved our stay here, this is the second time staying here and will definitely return again.

Stunning beyond exceptional, every minor detail was included in our lovely unit. Will be sure to return, gardens were pristine, kitchen well equipped, pool towels, easy undercover parking, opposite the beach, short flat walk to centre of town.

The Sands at Yamba was the most amazing accommodation and location. The property checked all the boxes and more. The apartment was well appointed with uninterrupted views.We can't wait to spend our next holidays there.

We stayed in a 3 bed villa for the May Day long weekend and couldn't have asked for anything more, very family friendly facilities and great location across from the beach and short walk into town. We will be back.

What an incredible resort, fantastic location with the beach right out the front, although I couldn't get my kids out of the spa! We stayed in a 3 bed unit facing the ocean which was incredibly spacious, full facilities for cooking and washing if needed and a coffee machine! Staff were warm and helpful even when I managed to lock myself out when I went for a surf! thanks again Sands Resort we will be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at The Sands. We had a top floor apartment with amazing views of the beach, and we found it so addictive listening to the sounds of the surf rolling in at night. The apartment itself was gorgeous, well appointed, & spotless. The ground of the resort fantastic & felt quite secure, and the receptionist was so lovely and helpful. Thanks so much The Sands for a wonderful stay at Yamba, and also for the gorgeous birthday surprise! We’ll definitely be back!

Our first holiday as a family of 5 and I’m so glad we chose to stay here. The 3 bedroom villa had ample space for us and the kids, along with a huge private courtyard outside. We requested a cot and high chair and management had it all organised for us. Close to beach and cafes - we loved it and have booked again for next year.

The Sands was absolutely fantastic to stay at. We booked a two bedroom apartment which was quite spacious and very comfortable for our family. The Sands is directly across from the beach which was wonderful. Highly recommend for any family or couple. Very safe and easy to access from town.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment that felt like a house! The location is perfect, right at the beach and the walkability with whole family to cafes. The bed and pillows were like heaven, we didn't want to come home! The kids loved the pool and spa, plus the tennis courts. We will be back, might be a new annual trip.

My family stay here and had an awesome stay. They said it was a great location just across the road from beautiful Pipi beach. Very clean and spacious and a quiet spot. Close to shops, restaurants and lovely walks. Beautiful pool & spa and was handy having tennis courts on site. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Secure parking was handy. Yamba is such a lovely spot and hasn't been spoilt with high rise buildings like other touristy areas. Yamba has a country beach vibe. Would definitely visit Yamba again and would stay at The Sands Resort next time.
