Wont even accept cash, when the young girl serving you chews gum, blows bubbles and rolls her eyes at you while handling food... then wont give you a refund as you dont want your order any more...

Food is fabulous. But it's service I should put the greatest experience I had. Manager helped me to resolve my receipt of points to my app.What makes it challenging is that three was no receipt given to us nor the scan was successful. But the manager went through the three days ago the sales invoices with my description of the order and provided me the copy without fail. The online service of nandos support was helpful and friendly to help and suggested options to help to recover the lost points for me. For that it ,I feel happy and satisfied. So I so strongly recommend this place for dining or snacking etc for friends, family and even colleagues.

Not impressed, asked for another 15 minutes for the order to be ready when i came to pickup. The excuse was they were busy even though the place was not full. Think I will go back to Nandos Moorooka even if it is a bit further away to me.

I surprise how the place was in need of a thorough clean as well as the food and dust on floor. The tables is full covered in grime. Makes you wonder what the kitchen area is like !!!! And the stuff yelled at me when i took the pictures. Their first excuse was that they are understaffed!!

The tables are full of dirty dishes, they haven't cleaned the tables, chairs or even floors properly. While I was waiting for my food, the staff were standing around not even cleaning the restaurant to make it look welcoming, will never be coming back

I want to eating cooked chicken. I don't want to get pretty raw chicken. I often get stomachache after eat them.I'm worried that my stomach will hurt again after eating this. I decide not to go here since I have a stomachache. Unfortunately, I visited again today. Because there are no restaurants to go to in Forest Lake.It doesn't matter if the food comes out late. But I want to get a perfectly cooked chicken.Please !

Worst Nandos experience ever. Staff so unprofessional. We had to wait for our meal for along time and when it arrived it was wrong. Not only us but many other ls were waiting for along time. Disappointing!
