I used to go to this salon often with no issues, but recently they started bumping up the price disregarding the actual price list. They initially charged me $55 for acrylic refills which is more than the full set I payed for. When I confronted them about this, they put the price down to the original value. Same thing happened to my sister when she came in with a student discount to get a full set of acrylic and they said it would be $75, after being confronted they bumped it back down to $35. Never going to these scammers again.

Was a walk in customer for an acrylic refill and pedicure today and the experience was definitely less than pleasant. My feet were “massaged” while they were soaking off old polish with acetone, the water was cold and once I got home I noticed I had nail polish on my skin. The acrylic refill was rough and the technician drilled my nails so much that they began to feel hot. I went here specifically because they were advertising 20% off services due to being under new management and you can imagine my surprise when I went to pay and was told my total was $115. Wouldn’t bother wasting your money and would definitely just go elsewhere

Terrible experience. Came in to get my nails done for an event, the nail technician was so rude and completely ignored the picture of my design. She was also rough and when I told her what colours i wanted she said no and chose the colours herself. Disappointing and will not be coming back here!!

I went here the other day and i’m highly disappointed with what i got, i paid $70 for basic acrylic nails with french tips and they were really poorly done and super chunky. she didn’t listen to what i wanted or look at the photo i gave here and i was very disappointed especially for $70

I got a pedicure and all I can say is that it was probably the worst one I have had in a while. I have never been to Professionail before and it was not worth the $50. just 2 days later and the shellac has come off 4 of my toes! this is not acceptable. i will not be returning to this store again.

I have been going here for years! Only nail place I will go. They are so friendly and are always making sure I am happy with my nails. They are great at nail designs. Always satisfied and impressed. Always leave happy :)

Very helpful, nice and friendly nail staffs. Then services are definitely excellent with affordable price. They did all things professionally such as fix nails, SNS full set, acrylic full set, manicure, pedicure... Generally, all things are very good.

The girls here are fun and friendly. especially a girl named Lyn who wears two diamond rings. I finished my nails here beautifully and am very pleased with it. I will come back next time.
