I thoroughly recommend the tree house kangaroo valley. There were so many personal touches that made our stay extra special. we loved the style and design of the space it felt completely private. surrounded by the most beautiful tree tops and sounds of the flowing river. it is close to the local village with lots of great cafes and yummy food!

I stayed at Luna Jervis Bay and loved my stay, I brought my two groodles for the weekend and had such a special time. The house is perfect for a weekend escape from Sydney - Highly recommend.

We didn’t receive the check-in information prior to our stay and instead received the wrong code for the lock box.We asked Jeana for a spare tea towel and a couple of extra towels for our two night stay with our 14 month old baby. Jeana responded saying we should have received two tea towels and that we should wash any towels if we need to.When we called to follow up Jeana said that we shouldn’t be asking for spare towels and reluctantly gave us a code for a cupboard to get spare towels.At over $800 per night you would expect better customer service and politeness at a bare minimum.There is also a property across the road with rusted old ambulances and cars which takes away from the experience.I would recommend not booking with Bliss Properties and instead finding a host that is polite and positive about hosting your stay.
