Pawesome Academy Doggy Day Care and Training

We love Pawesome Academy, and my pups Cookie and Coco have the best time, each and every day. The staff love animals, and treat each dog based on their individual temperaments.The facilities are a paradise for dogs, absolutely first class. The staff upload beautiful photos of each days activities and the individual report cards are a highlight, they have true attention to detail and it’s a pleasure to drop off the pups each time. Highly recommend, I’m so glad we found Pawesome! Well done guys for being the best at what you do.

Look no further then Pawsome Academy for your fur baby!! The facilities are exceptional with various themed rooms & the staff are incredibly professional & caring! Your fur baby is not just another number … they are part of the family. This is not a daycare for dogs, it truly is an academy & a fantastic experience for not only the fluffy kids, but also their parents!! Our dog loves this place!! The small ways in which the team show attention to detail is what sets them apart from everywhere else.

Reading the recent review, I have to speak up. We have been attending Pawesome Academy for almost 15 months after trying other day cares.We can't rate Pawesome high enough, the level of professionalism, care and fun that our dog has received has been above amazing.I totally disagree with any statements saying that if the dogs are not having a good time, the owners are not advised.Our dog was nervous at first, we were told straight away, and we worked together as a team. Now my dog doesn't want to leave.Thank you Pawesome Team

Our dogs had a great time at pawsome academy, the staff were very welcoming and I'm sure our dogs were very well looked after, but unfortunately both our dogs came away with a case of the kennel cough . Even though our dogs were fully vaccinated, our 10 year old maltese needed extensive medical treatment

My male Pekingese Puppy started attending Pawesome Academy in December 2021. His first visit was using a Groupon I had purchased to give the academy a Trial for daycare.Whiskey LOVES kindy". He is quite reserved and likes to observe however

Toffee loves his days at Pawsome and the staff are amazing. They take good care of him and make you feel like it is his second home. Thanks to you all.

I feel like I need to write this review to warn others as most other reviews are super positive. I had a very similar experience than the other person that wrote a negative review.We took our pup here a couple of weeks ago. When we picked him up after the first day we were told he had a great time and was loving it so we booked for another day for the following week.The second time we picked him up we were again told he had a great day. So we booked him in for another day.Today a girl from Pawesome Academy left me a voicemail asking if we would consider bringing our dog in for a half day only as he was a bit nervous last time. I tried to call them back and a guy answered and had no idea what the girl was talking about and said he would find out who called me and would get back to me later. No one ever called back. My partner called them in the afternoon and the girl who originally called answered. She told him that our dog had been nervous and had even tried to jump over the fence to get away. She had no idea why we weren't told this at pick up. I don't feel comfortable taking my dog back to a place where he isn't 100% comfortable and I can't trust the people to let me know the truth. Thanks to the girl who told us the truth, if it was just you there I would bring my dog back!So yeah, can't recommend this place. It's one of the most if not the most expensive doggy daycare in Gold Coast and not worth it as you can't trust the staff/management to act in your dogs best interest.Edit: Repply to the owner's repsonse: No, I've just checked and I received no calls from you on the day that my dog was there. So you didn't attempt to contact me. My partner picked him up and said he had a 15min+ conversation with a guy at the front desk, so you are straight up lying about everything. All you (at least the management) care about is money, not the wellbeing of the dogs.

They take really good care of your fur baby. Harry comes home exhausted after an exciting full day at pawesone!
