Fitness Junction

I could not speak more highly of this place! I have been going for 6 weeks now and have noticed the greatest change in my physical appearance as well as general well being. The studio has a very comfortable environment and you feel very welcome from the minute you walk in the door. The rates are excellent and are well worth the money and I become more and more motivated to come back after everytime I visit. If your after a place to feel comfortable while you train, in a friendly environment and have staff that posses a high level of fitness knowledge then this is the place for you! A fantastic place! Really personal gym, with a team that really help you out to get the most out of your training. There is also a bunch of other fantastic services on offer here like yoga, massage, meditation, reiki, hypnotherapy and counselling!

I found that visiting gyms is too hard but the team at Fitness Junction seem to make the experience a little more inviting and special. They care a lot and show true professionalism. Wouldn't go anywhere else
