Hyatt Swimming Pool and Gym

I tried to ring and make an enquiry about being a member to use their indoor pool during winter. It goes to an answering machine that is full. So not only do they not want my business but there is a bunch other people who they don't won't any business from. Whata joke.

I joined Hyatt Swimming & Pool during these covid19 days thinking it will be the most hygienic fitness centre but I was completely wrong. Keeping in mind this is a fitness centre which is part of a hotel, both being the potential hotspots for potential #covid19 spread & most of the patrons of the fitness centre are in older age group, but 90% of patrons do not clean equipments before and after using them. The membership is not cheap and coming to this fitness centre makes me anxious. Most of the staff at the gym are super friendly, except for one unfriendly staff on Saturdays (which is today), but they don't say anything to the patrons. I have asked them a number of times. Joining this gym has been a big regret.

Great family leaisure pool with wonderful children pool. My Daugther is undertaking swimming courses every weekend and it is a great spot to practice. Pleasant staffs and professional instructors makes this place always welcoming.

An absolute favourite of mine - a boutique gym and pool and spa/ steam room. Delightful temperature of the pool - sadly the pool is a little short for lap swimming but it's still lovely

The Hyatt hotel swimming pool and and so mn and change rooms are very dirty. T h ere i s orange sum in t h e grout between the tiles in t he showers. They wash t h e floors are with cold water and IN a dirty old mop. T h at is what t h st use for the showers too. They are never properly cleaned. It is disgusting.

Great staff but the gym has a constant climate temperature of 25 degrees Celsius... when I explained to the staff that it is hard to work out in sub Saharan conditions they explained that they are catering for the elderly members who come in to have a chat .... if you want to work out then 25 degrees is not what you want

I went here for a swim and over all I enjoyed it.ProsI was provided with 3 towels that was nice and convenient.The swimming pool was very quiet and the change rooms were clean.Locker was included in the price.Gym was also included in the one off price.It was over all a clean facility.It has both a spa and a sauna.ConsPrice wise it is on the more expensive side. $30 for a single session.Swimming pool is not standard and is on the small side so if you are an avid swimmer this is not the right swimming pool for you.

Excellent facilities for Gym weights and Cardiio

The gym is pretty good for a hotel gym. Lots of equipment and free weights, they even have a heavy bag, speed bag and boxing gloves. Toilets and showers were clean.

Great facilities and nice staff - sun filled indoor pool, classic and clean place to workout.
