worst place to stop, dirty restrooms, floors need a good clean, service staff seem to think that it is ok to keep customers waiting for their food. waited 25 mins for a cold substandard chicken burger, asking how long before it was ready was probably a mistake as it was sat on the bench going cold.the person cooking the meal was probably the most unhygienic cook I have ever seen, touching his hair and face and then continuing to prepare meals without washing hand or changingthe gloves he was wearing. will never stop there again.

The worst otr experience as a customer that I have seen ever in this country. It is a shame that these indians are allowed to work in such industry. Today around 2 30pm to 3 30 me and brother were verbally abused and asked to leave just because we asked the wait time on subway sandwich. If you cant handle the pressure of making a sandwich please atleast dont ruin customer experience. If you are stopping here never get a sandwich. Shameful

Food is amazing, but they are indeed understaffed, which can make you wait a while. I loved the complete hot dog + strawberry thick shake. Please be kind to the employees, I felt sorry for how overwhelmed they must be.

Inadequate bathroom facilities for such a huge truck & caravan stop. Only 3 toilets, no urinals, line was out the door and facilities were as filthy as you can imagine.Was planning on filling up the car and grabbing lunch but opted to leave immediately after using the bathrooms.Avoid at all costs.

Only good for using the toilets. Customer service is a joke. God forbid you get stuck in line behind someone who knows the person serving, you’ll get to stand there and wait while they have a chin wag. Can’t wait for the new liberty to open down the road

Nice place. Big set up. Subway also available there. Number of fueling bays. Plenty of parking spots available for a good brake. Bit messy due to heavily crowded. Toilets were in poor condition. They can put some more efforts with help of additional staff to maintain the facility services and cleanliness properly.

What used to be a great service station with late night cooked to order food is now a shiny new OTR. Service is worse, kitchen closes at 8pm. Friday before Christmas and only 2 staff, long lines to be served, kitchen closed. Subway, pies or donuts only real food options. Very dissatisfied.
