Came in to have the 63XL ink catridge replaced because the one they sold, my printer couldn't recognise the non genuine cartidge. They gave me a Genuine HP 63 (NOT XL) and told me it was the same price as the non geniune 63XL. They ripped me off as the geniune HP 63 retails for $29 and I paid $35 for their version of the XL.

Friendly guys and very cooperative. I but HP 564xl in value pack from them. It's very well priced and good quality. I HV been their repeat customer.
