Paws to Remember
Prompt, professional, discrete and compassionate. We could not have asked for anything more when we lost our dog a few weeks ago. The Paws to Remember team are fantastic, look no further. Thank you for your care and service Cathy.

For absolute genuine care, compassion and love for your fur angels, LOOK NO FURTHER. Paws to Remember will prioritise your fur angels on their final journey over profit and you only deal with Cathy. She is the most compassionate and caring person I dealt with when our beloved Holly passed away this month.Unlike another five-star rated service, they will not attend to your fur angels’ needs and your grief without getting their money first. And you talk to a different person every time you call and every time you speak to a person, the person does not have a clue about your previous conversation with them.Paws to Remember will give you that sincere helping hand during your grief to give your precious fur angels the memorial they deserve.THANK YOU VERY MUCH, CATHY is an understatement for the assistance and support you provided me and my family during these difficult times. The period of transition has been smooth because of your utmost sincerity in your job.I give Paws to Remember 100 stars out of 5!

Not enough stars! Cathy from Paws to Remember was wonderful. She was kind and caring from the very first email, through tearful phone calls, until she returned my beloved kitty of 16 years back home to me. Thank you Cathy, you made a very sad time easier for me.

Fantastic service from all 3 members of the team we spoke with. The initial call (on a weekend) was less than 2 minutes long, and they were at our house 30 mins later. The pickup was respectful and as nice as it could be. Communication happened exactly when they advised and our pet was returned as promised within the times given. All as nice and respectful as could be. Can certainly recommend!

We lost our beautiful girl Shelby just before 9.00 pm, I called Paws to Remember to see if they could come and collect her. Kathy said she could come in the morning as they where just about to close..I asked if she could please come tonight as my son was absolutely devastated and we just couldn’t keep her at the house .. Kathy was in the car and at our house in 10 mins.. she was so very kind, caring, professional to deal with.. Shelby was returned today and we received some beautiful paw prints, nose print and a little bottle of hair and the wooden box was just beautiful.. Highly Highly recommend these guys .. thank you for looking after my fur baby x

As many people know there was a house fire in Kambah last week. Tragically , my neighbours young German Shepherd Rosie was unable to be rescued and died of smoke inhalation. I would like to thank Cathy from Paws to Remember for her exceptional act of kindness by taking Rosie into her care for biocremation at no cost to her owner. Thank you Cathy Lesley Baddeley

I would look at other providersI contacted Paws to Remember on the passing of our pet. Initial contact was professional enough and I arranged a time to transfer our pet to Paws to Remember for cremation. Within that timeframe they were calling me chasing me up asking when I would arrive as they had other priorities to attend to. The service didn’t improve from there, days later when they had arranged to return our pet’s ashes, they forget even though they set the time and after I called, they blamed their own diary and systems for failing to bring back our pet at the prescribed time.
