Tyrepower Rosebud

Dropped in on Weds to see if a puncture could be repaired within the hour, was told they're quite busy and would be approx 2-3 hours away. Not wanting to wait I made a booking for the next day and the gentleman said that would be fine. When I arrived a lady in front of me who didn't have a booking and had a puncture was told it would take an hour. When I approached the counter I was told it would take 1.5 hours, despite my booking. So it was a waste of time making a booking if it cant be honoured and a waste of my time driving to the shop twice when people who don't have bookings get served first.Went to Bridgestone further up the road and problem solved.Poor service.

Awesome shop and awesome team, they helped me out of a bind just before closing yesterday, I had driven all the way from Altona and needed to head back that evening. They had a great attitude and sorted me out quickly before closing and I am so grateful that all the staff there are awesome good hearted lads! Thanks again guys! 10/10 service.

Fantastic customer service, we got a screw in our tyre along our roadtrip and the staff at Tyrepower Rosebud were efficient and friendly and got our tyre repaired short notice and within 1 hour even though they were super busy that morning.Highly recommend this tyre shop, staff also knowledgeable and able to recommend right tyres and tyre pressures suited.
