Compared with Bill Buckle Service at Brookvale, this place is very poor, especially in terms of customer service - no desks, no working wifi, professionalism and process (best I could determine, no seat protectors are used). If you are forced by your warranty contract to pay $500 for nothing more than basically an oil change and 50 checks"

Feel like I got jibbed. Especially as I needed to pay for an extra hour's labour to rectify something that was neglected during the service i paid over the odds for, as this dealer did not have the part - a piddly little transistor.

Had our Subaru serviced here, it was the 25,000km service we were told it was quite a major service and would take a while... our car was ready for collection just over an hour later. When we went to collect the car it had been stated the car was washed and vacuumed which it hadn’t been. If the person in charge was willing to falsely state that something as simple as washing a car was complete it makes me wonder how thorougher the service actually was. I will be taking the car to another mechanic to double check the air filters were replaced as scheduled by Subaru. For $601 I expect better service.

It's so refreshing to find that great customer service is still provided by some companies. Bill buckle Mona Vale were fantastic. I really appreciated the clear, polite communication from their staff. My car was serviced, cleaned and returned to me all in the time frame they promised. Very happy.

Good communication, very good people on the phones however I was told that I would have my car back the same day on 3 occasions by the different customer service staff and they ended up keeping it for two days. These things happen. Good experience overall and will use them again for the upcoming timing belt service at 125000 km.

Friendly & helpful people.My car was the last of the Turbo Foresters & was sitting around Subaru for 7 months before we bought it so was a bit dirty in engine bay, inside fuel flap, around edge of boot with door open, etc. These areas were not cleaned. It appeared that the car was just washed & generally looked reasonable when we picked it up with a big blue ribbon around it. We had the car professionally detailed, paint treated with 2 coats & leather treated by Time2Shine. It now looks fantastic.When we took delivery Max was very helpful explaining most of the controls & entertainment system.Talking to people in the auto business, the less than perfect condition is sadly normal these days from dealers in general.
