Great experience from the beginning. Got a ducted system installed just before Christmas and has been working flawlessly ever since. Very easy to deal with, great options, always asked and were clear with what/where they were installing. Fair price. Can highly recommend.

Great flexibility and communication from Steve. We had an LG system and AirTouch 4 installed and the three technicians fitted the system very quick yet producing a great result. Thanks to James, Jackson and Lachlan for their hard work in the heat to make our home cool.

Have been looking at getting ducted air conditioning for a few years and decided to finally give it a go with AC store - James was really knowledgeable and came out very quickly to talk through all the options. A couple weeks later the guys came out and by the end of the day I had my new ducted system.What impressed me the most was their commitment to helping out even after they had the money! I had a fault with my hardware (not AC Store's fault) and they came out at the first opportunity they had to replace it (and adjust the system as well for me). James is really knowledgeable on the systems and talked me through some tips and tricks. Just really great customer service - I don't know many places now that are willing to go the extra mile like AC store has. Thanks to Steve and James especially for helping me out!

Awesome service from the first call to the end of installation. Had a ducted system installed in late 2021. After our installation, we needed the drain on the outside of the unit, extended due to lack of sunlight causing discolouration on the concrete. Called the friendly team at North lakes to ask if they could help out. They went above and beyond to help fix our issue.They had me booked in within a week, and fixed the issue at no extra charge. Would like to once again thank the whole team for there incredible service. Would highly recommend.

I was super impressed with the whole process from quote to installation, the team was professional, competitive, polite and efficient. Shout out to Jaemin and Wil for their hard work.
