I’m not sure I’ve ever experienced poor quality service like this. The girls are extremely rude. I think management need to do a few secret shopper calls to see how badly they speak to customers.

Purchased different brand hinges to replace broken ones. They wouldn't fit. ONLY the Hettich hinges (twice the price) would work.Can't find a list of suppliers anywhere. Call the phone number and it directs you to the website for purchasing. There's 7 different variants all with the same stock image. Absolutely no way to tell which one I actually need. Even I could work it out, there's no price or buy option DESPITE there being a little shopping trolley button in the top corner.Worst website ever.
