My mother & I ordered a Mini Royal Chip Butty & a Nosh Box.Great prices for both.Unfortunately waited nearly half an hour for our food, for both to arrive basically cold.They left our food sitting at the pass for at least 5-10 minutes before bringing it to our table. We had no cutlery or napkins. My mother had to walk up to the front counter to ask where our food was.

I couldn’t tell you how the food was because it never arrived and nor did my refund. We ordered Thursday evening and after waiting an hour I phoned the store only to be told that door dash had not picked it up yet and they had no idea when it would be being picked up and was told it was not Schnitz’s responsibility because it was doordash that that hadn’t delivered it. I explained that I hadn’t paid any money to doordash that my booking and payment had been made via the Schnitz app. I told Georgia the manager that I would like to cancel my order and get a refund. I was told that head office would be in touch to process my refund as apparently they can’t process them in store. I phoned on Friday and was once again dismissed by the manager Georgia and told that head office would be in touch. It is now 3 days later and no contact from head office and no refund of my $86.89!!!!! If someone would like to contact me that would be great as this is ridiculous service!!!!!!

I love the food from this place. Its the only place in Queensland, I've found, where you can get a beef, yes beef, parmigiana LOL. And do yourself a favour and get the garden salad, the salad dressing alone is worth the visit. Then why not 5 stars? Unfortunately they have an annoying habit of stuffing up my order. Last night it was missing my chips and before that it was a Garden of Eden Roll (which, yes, is as divine as it sounds), don't get me wrong, they are more than happy to make up for it, but that doesn't help at the time. PLEASE guys, for the love of God, double check your order before leaving and then enjoy, arguably, the best quality take-out in Gladstone.

Had a tasty lunch but the service is pretty cool. Maybe because I had a voucher for a free meal. The manager obviously didn't like that. Their housekeeping is a little slack too. When did they last clean behind their windows?

Would not go again, value for money is absolutely rubbish, asked for a serve of chips for the kids and received 6 chips in a cup.The burgers were not worth $25 each. They kept trying the blame doordash and saying that they had to give the refund. This place is a joke.

Ordered $65.00 worth of food and can say I would rather have just gone to McDonalds across the road as I feel like I get more worth of my money there then I did here. Paid $17.00 for the avocado smash and it was just this soggy small piece of snitchzel with little not well presented topping. The people making the food weren’t wearing hairnets when after working in hospitality it should have been worn. The buns were soggy just wasn’t worth the 30minute wait for the overpriced grossed food we received.
