Had no choice but to do a virtual appointment through a ridiculous app instead od a simple existing video call like zoom or teams. Didn't receive the link required to do the virtual quote. No call to say they were going to be late, 50 minutes and heard nothing. If they can not keep a simple appointment and it was virtual so no traffic, unreliable, if this is what they are like at the appointment stage I would hate to think what the rest of the service would be like.

The single worst experience in my life.Moved from QLD to Sydney with a storage period in between.They forgot to tell me about a monthly insurance charge of $150, then subtly told me that strange things happen to uninsured goods.Then they refused to correct an error on another item they overcharged even when I have it in writing they overcharged me.Tried to charge me three times the cost of other companies to move our gear to Sydney from storage.Unresponsive to emails, rude, and generally a non-customer centric focus.Finally - our goods arrived damaged (fridge had a bottle of milk in it for three months, washing machine unusable and unrepairable, lamps broken, side tables scratched, computer monitor scratched, and they couldn’t work out how to disassemble our couch so they just ripped a leg off forcibly) and with a general lack of care all round.If you’re considering using Walkers a better use of your time and money would be to take a bath in a flaming pile of dog feces. It would be more pleasurable.

Walkers were on time and reasonable the guys were nice and introduced themselves and nothing was too much trouble or damaged we will definately refer Walkers

Received a packing of the household by Walkers, and thought the service was fantastic. The three removalists who packed up the house led by Alex were very professional, explained the packing process and it was a delight to listen to the methodology to the way they handled our belongings. Would recommend them and enjoyed the experience. Our items are still arriving interstate but I have no doubt things will be just as good on the other end. Thanks guys, keep up the good work and great work ethic.

Moved locally with Walker's this week. Absolutely incredible. Couldn't fault any of the process at all. The packing was incredible, nothing was damaged, the movers were fast and helpful. Highly recommend

I've now used Walkers for the 4th time as I find that their high professional standards and competence in how they pack your goods is excellent. I would highly recommend them as they have been in the business for a very long time and know how to pack and safeguard your property.

They take no responsibility for any damages caused by their removalist staff, but happy to take your money as soon as the job is done! Very unprofessional communication and lack of customer service with you having to chase up all the time.Read the insurance policy as you are liable to pay the $500 excess although Walkers do the damage.

From uplift to storage to delivery the process was excellent! Very impressed with the teams allocated at both ends for our removals!No missing or damaged personal belongings or property at either end. This being my final ADF removal out of too many to count has by far has been the best!This company consists of approximately a dozen personnel of which I met 9 of. All were professional, got the job done and are very personable. Good banter between staff, this to me personally shows good health amongst this tight knit team. These guys work fast and went the extra mile by helping assemble critical appliances to get our new house functioning faster!Thank you to the Walkers team!

Can't give none or half star so you get one. Have moved numerous times over thirty years, this service was the worst experience we have had the misfortune to endure. Lack of communication, not just with us but within this……I was going to say organisation but there is nothing organised about them. Incompetent staff, not all though, two of our packers were great the other three were less than average bordering useless. If you are going to employ someone to answer phones it is a good idea if they can speak and comprehend English. Damaged items on arrival, fight for compensation, look elsewhere for your moving requirements.
