Apart from too many rude entitled customers who take up racks I have no complaint with the staff

Finally giving Adelaide the brand we want with the amazing bonus of buy 2 get 20% off.The store’s presentation is always neat & clean. Don’t think I have ever seen an unfolded item and if there’s one staff are onto it in seconds.The store manager goes above and beyond. Sizes, what’s new, what works well together, good chat, basically anything and everything. The female workers are always in such a good mood and constantly working to keep the store at its perfect standard.I’m a regular and don’t think I’ll ever stop coming.

Shopping at Guess today was a life changing experience. Tai, Kaycee and Mackie-moo SO slay!My life is so much richer having attended this amazing store and I will definitely be back! 10/10 - would recommend!

Maybe I would give them 2 stars next time if even 1 if the staff present was any helpful to any customers in the store .Girls were just on their phones and talking for the 20 minutes we spent in store looking for the sizes we were after.Rather than coming to help us or any of the other 10 people present in the store shopping they continued on their phones.Very impolite unpleasant and discourteous experience in the guess store harbour town.

Amazing staff, great cutomer service. Bought a pair of red heels and had them coming off from the inside just after one wear. Went back to register my complaint, Aron went above and beyond, not only he had them swaped with a new pair, but also gave me a discount.I am satisfied with the brand but happy with their staff for being helpful, friendly and courteous. Deserve 5 stars for offering professional service.

We love the merchandise from this store. It is well presented , neat and clean. Female staff there seems to be really nice and has great customer service skills. However disappointed with make staff who was really rude and not willing to assist my wife with a size exchange for a gifted item. Female staff was very helpful and reconganised the merchandise straight away and appear to be willing to help as it was purchased only a couple of days ago and was gifted to my little girl.Not denying that there are processes but this person needs to have better customer service skills. If there was another outlet like this - I would never attend this store again. Thank you to the female staff for putting effort into trying to resolve the matter.All the best.
