D0 NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE Went in to have acrylic nails removed. Women used another nail to poke underneath my nail & flick off ruining my nail bed, asked was she not going to soak them, she no it takes too long. Then used a preuesd nail file & nail clippers that were also pre used as not cleaned asked about that she just said yeah yeah. Asked if I wanted my nailed cut back, I said a little & not beyondmy finger tips then she just clip a hunk off right back to skin, I said I don't want them short, then she still cut them short after I repeated not short again. Dam sore finger tips now as my nails has have not been this short in years. My nails will take along time to recover from the ripping off of my nails which she destroies. Discusting job all round bad customer service & I give a 0 for hygiene. Will never return.

40 min waiting time, they first served another girl that arrived after I did. Very dismissive behaviour, careless. I ended up drying my feet and leaving. 0 customer service, women don’t even know how to treat clients.

最悪です。無理やりネイルを剥がされた。とても痛かった。ネイルをしてから1週間も経たずに自然に取れてしまったのに、直してくれなかった。あなたの責任だからお金を払いなさいと言われた。たった１つの爪なのに。どちらも同じ人だった。もう絶対に行かない。

Absolutely terrible! They were so cruel on my mother's fingers who has arthritis. They were SNAPPING mums nails off. They refused the colours she had picked and then at the end charged her more. Treating elderly women like this is disgusting.

I was really excited to have my nails done because I hadn’t had them done in over a year. I walked out feeling pretty unsatisfied as one of the girls rushed my nails & didn’t fill them in properly! Kind of a waste for 60 bucks. Will not be going back!
