Fantastic customer service! The staff member was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable of the products. She provided great advice and tips and tricks for choosing a good suitcase. She also gave us a discount for buying multiple suitcases, even though the prices were already competitive compared with the prices we found online at other stores. Highly recommend this store.
