I’m giving these guys 5 stars for customer service.I had taken my car in today for a quote - NRMA had told me to get quotes - I assumed I could choose my own repairer. WRONG. If I had the choice, I would definitely use P&K. Very friendly and understanding team.Gutted because I like to support local businesses since I grew up and still live in the local area.Thank you!

Great service from P & K. I had some repairs around the rear bumper area on an Audi Q3, and many weeks later noticed some odd behaviour with my rear lights, which could (after some Googling) relate to a boot closed" sensor switch not working

Took my car in to get a minor repair sorted out after somebody reversed into me. Serge and Frank were professional, efficient, and friendly. They made it so easy to sort out with the other person and the quote was very reasonably priced. I dropped my car in at 7am and they called me to let me know it was finished an hour later! Plus they went above and behind even doing a tiny complimentary paint touch up where the person hit me. Thanks again for doing such an exceptional job and turning a frustrating incident into an easy solution.

The worst and most unprofessional mechanic I've ever dealt with.After initially leaving a 3/5 start review here I got a very aggressive call from the business owner/manager, making threats about damaging my car further (which was with them at the time) and asking me to take my review down.

Referred to this repairer by insurer. Unfortunately, not a great experience. Car originally was only going to be around a week to repair, 3 weeks later when i went to pick it up the car was dirty - not a great first impression but not the end of the world at this point. I took a car club inspector with me to run over the car as i am not an expert however i was immediately disappointed with the dull/matt finish of the new bumper bar. Car was also presented with a broken mirror as they were unable to get the part despite having car for 3 weeks and having several weeks notice before drop off the part needed to be ordered (They received the wrong part apparently) The worst part of this experience is the repairer came out whilst my inspector was looking over the car - and picked a fight with him! never seen anything like that before, he swore at him, questioned his credentials and demanded an apology letter from the inspector should the insurance assessor not find fault with his work.Obviously we could not stay there, so I drove away and had my inspector and the insurance assessor look over the car.The new bumper had file marks and damage, the paint work dull and poor. Worse was that there were loose bolts in the engine bay floating around on engine cover, non original bolts were used to hold bumper on, window trim was broken and loose where side guard had been repaired.The damage to new bumper was so bad that the inspector had questioned whether it was new when i collected the car - this is what started the repairers hostile reaction mentioned above, my new smash repairer also thought the bumper was second hand because of the amount of damage on it - he later confirmed it was new but was poorly handled and treated causing the visible damage. The centre of the bumper, near the badge and the obvious focal point, had deep scratches/file marks in the paint - i don't think anyone would not have noticed that or would have been happy.The lack of care my car received was obvious from the damage to new bumper, breaking and not replacing windscreen surround trim, loose bolts in engine bay. Receiving the car back Dirty, and the beyond hostile reaction when you dare question their sub-standard work is what makes this truly a stand out poor experience.My major concern is others may feel intimidated into accepting substandard work done by this repairer, and not have the backing of a car inspector that i had to argue their case. The insurer tells you to look over the car when you collect it and raise any issues then, in this instance the repairer was argumentative, hostile and uninterested in any faults found - his threatening nature made it impossible to raise concerns directly with him when car was being collected and he probably gets away with this behaviour every other time.My car went to an alternative repairer and was presented back in excellent condition, it was not a difficult fix. My experience here however did leave me rattled.Thank you for replying to my above review. I challenge you to find anywhere i was not honest and accurate and I am disappointed that instead of being apologetic you choose to again be intimidating by writing you are seeking advice on what you believe is an inaccurate review, whilst offensively questioning my honesty. You swore at and was intimidating to both myself and the car inspector i was with when i went to collect my dirty car which you said yourself no insurance inspector would find fault with. How about sorry for giving you back a car with a damaged bumper, broken trim, loose bolts floating in engine bay and paintwork so bad the insurer had to authorise another repairer to fix? There is a work record with a subsequent repairer that proves my claims above which i can assure you an insurance company would not authorise if they were untrue or not needed. This is my 2nd 1 star review i have ever made and did not do so lightly and it gives me no joy sharing. I note many of your reviewers have only 1 or 2 reviews to their name and cannot comment on their experience, i can only comment on mine.
