Absolutely ridiculous, bought 4 games 2 didnt have discs in them , didnt realise they hadn't put them in untill I got home 3hrs away. Called and they are adamant they put the discs in and basically told us tough and they arent prepared to help at all. apparently all their discs and cases are all accounted for , so I'm assuming they have a light fingered staff member for this to happen. Seriously disgusted in the service and their organisation. Reading the past reviews and this isnt the first time. Customer service are onto it now hopefully we have some luck their but extreme annoyed is an understatement. ZERO STARS !!!!

If I could give them zero I would I brought 4 games and two of the games had no this is inside when called up to try to rectify the situation they flat out refused and say pretty much said we were Liars

dont trust these guys, went into the mount isa store and bought zelda for 3ds and paid full price only to find out it has someone elses save games on there but still charged me as new. also bought a used new 3ds only to find out it was a standard 3ds. seriously eb used to be better then this.

Service staff are actually gamers who know what they're talking about. Friendly, pleasant and helpful. Huge range, excellent rewards program. The male manager tried to push products onto me (heavy handed upselling) and became 'frosty' when I politely declined. I will edit my review if his sales tactics improve.

This store has had sub par customer service for a while now, but today takes the cake. They have sold a M rated Fortnite game bundle to my ten year old, which we do not have the requirements to play.I would like to know why they think it is ok to sell M rated content to a child.He has wasted his birthday money and is devastated.In the past we have been asked to leave the store because my children were picking up merchandise to look at it (which I had intended to buy for them), I have heard staff openly discuss customers in a negative way after they leave the store in front of, and with other customers.

Can seem a bit dodgy at times. I have had experiences with games being out on display but when going to pay for them they can't find the discs or they say it's not available. Big let down when it's for a huge sale. But most the time it's a friendly place
