After dropping in quickly for information about outdoor kitchen cabinetry, my client and I managed to choose cabinets, benchtops, and bbq type really quickly. Pricing seems suprisingly affordable and includes installation. Nice products. Asked for a quote which took a week or more. Then asked for other options on the quote and never got a reply. I don’t chase people for my business. I went with a competitor who was $1,000 more expensive.

Kastell Kitchens did an exceptional job designing and installing our kitchen upgrade. Every step, including follow-up, was executed on schedule and on budget. All exchanges were positive, friendly and very professional. This is a can-do company. I couldn't recommend them too highly.

Daniel and the team at Kastell replaced four lots of wardrobes and built in a new floating TV cabinet. The result was unreal. I couldn't have been happier. I will be enlisting their services again soon.

Poor first impression. Walk in the front door to a room with no signage about where to go. Hesitantly, we eventually went up a flight of stairs to discover the reception, where the receptionist ignored us for a minute and then finally told us to walk through the showroom and help ourselves. There were no brochures or pamphlets on their products. We were there to view benchtops, which was hard since they hadn't labelled half the benchtops they had on display. One of the displays was also being used as the staff kitchen, which was messy, covered in crumbs and stains - not a good way to show off a benchtop when you show how easily it gets stained! Don't worry though, they had a sign saying the kitchen gets messy, so that totally stops it from being unprofessional.Halfway through the showroom a sales person coming back from lunch stopped to ask if we needed help, but when I asked her about benchtops she couldn't help me. As we made our way further through the showroom at least 4 more staff members walked past us and avoided eye contact. We spent at least 10 minutes in the room full of sample tiles and again, 2 staff members walked past and ignored us, despite the fact there were only 2 other customers there.To top it all off my mother said thank you as we were leaving (as you do) and one of the sales people who had repeatedly ignored us for the past 20 minutes had the gall to say you're welcome".Absolutely pathetic service and a poor showroom. I have friends and family that are also renovating and have told them to avoid here."

They designed and built the kitchen to our specifications. It was installed on the agreed date. The workmanship was superb. What proof can I offer? Well the kitchen stood the test of time. After 24 years of heavy use, it still looks new.

Can highly recommend Kastell. They created a great custom indoor kitchen for us in 2018 and this year we got a great DIY outdoor kitchen.
