Petstock Noosa

Rude staff all 3 where just rude. They had no manners. I went in to buy everything I needed for a guinea pig and no one helped. I had two ADHD boys which was hard keeping them together and the staff kept saying keep your hands off the glass and watching me like I was going to steal or something. Not all children are angels and when you ask them to take their hand off the glass... use your manners! Even my children know that one. Disgusting. They had a bird in store which would be exciting for any kid and the staff said leave him he's sleeping, if you have a bird in store kids are going to look at it. if you don't want them to maybe remove the bird.

Huge store with a great range.

Your first challenge is navigating the ridiculous carparking in the area to find a spot remotely close to the store.Once you're inside though it's a great store that's well-stocked, with friendly, helpful staff. If they could get better directions on their website to the actual part of the complex they're located in that'd be amazing.

It is unfortunate that I feel obliged to write this negative review of PETstock Noosaville. The staff that work at this business are great, however, this business now that it is majority owned by a large corporation, have decided to implement a ridiculous Returns Policy". It is sad to see so many good retail businesses succumb to the pressure of corporate greed.Do yourself a favour and spend your hard earned at a smaller independently owned Pet Store that values local business."

big store, friendly staff and a good range of products

We are off to Petstock Angus loves to come along and have a sniff around. Pet are welcomed in store if on lead. The staff are wonderful so friendly and we are always greeted as we enter the door. The store is well stocked and items are all reasonably priced. Membership is free and there are always discounts on some ourselves. They also have grooming services which need bookings.Open 7 days a week
