Came in over the weekend and watched the guy behind the counter perform a water test, educate two women on how to clean a green pool and service their system and fix my Hayward at the same time.The advice provided was detailed and accurate and the work on my cleaner was exceptional. Great, clean shop and staff are well experienced and willing to help. Won’t go anywhere else.Nb: this won’t change the rating or anything, but what happened to the guy with the beard? I’d put a request in to have him at the counter a bit more seems a bit more hands on and competent...

Extremely disappointed with the service. Currently looking after a house with a pool for the first time (which I sadly know nothing about). First time I booked a cleaning and service was told they would come on Monday. Didn't hear anything all day so called just before close to be told they will come first thing in the morning instead. Tuesday 1pm rolls around with still no one to help. Called up again and was told they were on their way. Pool guy (who was lovely I will admit) was here for 5 minutes before saying the pool was fine, and the dirt that was in the pool will be cleaned by the creepy crawly that was in there. Charged full price. That was it.The creepy crawly unfortunately has done nothing so my pool has just accumulated dirt etc. It is now completely green and cloudy. Called on the weekend to book another service in. Was told I would get a call back on Monday to schedule an appointment. It's Wednesday afternoon with still no call. I understand it's not the fault of the person who came to the house but this service and waiting with no response it utterly ridiculous.

Specifically drove 30 minutes as a sale was promoted on the radio, thought this would be a good idea. informed a 20% sale was on. so I bought 2 filter catridges amongst a few other things, thought the price was a bit steep only when getting home found out i had been charged $150 a filter which is extreme to say the least, will be going elsewhere in future.

Last week Tim & Matt attended my property to service our pool and pool pump. I completely forgot about the appointment and was unable to stay while they did the service. They secured the property before they left and then contacted me to inform me was was done. I felt completely at ease leaving them to get on with the job and appreciate their understanding that I had forgotten about the appointment. I will be using them in the future and for other properties. Thank you

Went down to get the pool water tested. Pool is in good health just needed salt and some phosphate starver. Fast efficient service. Good prices and advice.

Had an Evoheat pool heater installed by Peter and Mike recently. Discussed with Peter the owner which heater unit best suited our pool. Great knowledge, good communication and arrived on time for the install. Pool heater installation was professional and tidy. Very happy with their service.

The guy in the southern river store Jared is great to deal with does not try selling you things you don’t need and provides a good honest service hence the reason I will continue to buy all my pool chemicals at this store. Service team no so good, I was booked to have a measure and quote on a Friday morning between 8-9am, nobody showed up and I didn’t receive any phone call. I went in to the store a few days later to find a different guy working that day to have my water tested and explained that nobody had showed up, excuse was they were busy that day and got held up with other jobs, however my appointment was between 8-9am I would accept that excuse if I was booked 2-3pm. The guy took my details again to arrange another time but still I have heard nothing from the service team. This is now over a month ago.

Fantastic service can’t thank them enough for sorting out my robot pool cleaner won’t use anyone else but these guys for all my pool and spa needs

I am a first time pool owner, and still learning the ropes at getting chlorine and chemical levels balanced. A couple of weeks ago, I went to the Southern River store to buy some stabilizer. I also got a pool sample bottle and came back with a sample later. Being able to get a detailed report and recommendations on amount of salt, chlorine and stabilizer to apply was very helpful. Balance of pool has been great since, and AI pool pump has been running at more reasonable RPMs since then. Thanks very much!
