DISGUSTING you would hold an event and not allow refunds while a natural disaster is happening in the surrounding regions. Death toll is still rising (currently in double digits), thousands are in evacuations centres and hundreds of people still unaccounted for. Never purchasing a ticket to any event held by you ever again.

Held on to my This That Festival ticket for a long time, however now in the case of the severe flooding I’m unable to physically get there, being in the Northern Rivers NSW. Just shocking this would still go ahead with the current natural disaster and further severe weather conditions for the weekend. I know many others are in the same boat, and have the same concerns instead you are ignoring everyone’s concerns on Instagram & Facebook.I even paid extra for ticket insurance. At least offer refunds or the opportunity for ticket-holders to donate to flood relief.
