Great friendly staff. I purchased the wrong Lawn mower on Afterpay then needed to organise a refund and re purchase again. I know it was a pain but the staff kindly fixed my stuff up and I was on my way . Thanks for the great service

Fantastically customer oriented. Very good selection of items for what is a smaller store in the grand scheme of things. You will never have trouble finding someone willing and able to help, though sometimes you might find it a bit harder at opening time. More than once I have had a staff member go out of their way to assist even though it was for a small item and thus a small profit. I love their rewards system as well. It sure saves me more money than the supermarket ones! I'm a regular and very happy customer of this Mitre 10.

Been a costumer there for over 10 years on and off and they have never let me down. Great place to shop, service is always great and friendly and will always help out.

Never open when I need to visit, seems to have the opening hours of the 1950s, not the current retail environment. Hard to give a good rating when you can’t even get through the door when needed. Must be nice to have no competition…

Probably The best Hardware in a 100 km radius. Always helpful staff. Great variety on the shelf already to go. Friendly atmosphere Great returns policy and the mighty rewards builds up real money in a short amount of time

Easy store to navigate with great easy access parking, while you pay a little more the level of service is impeccable and worth the couple of extra dollars. I also find the plants have a greater survival rate than other bigger stores

Not helpful and more expensive than Mitre 10 Cobram for exact same. Benalla locals obviously have no choice.
