This is usually a really good barber. The set up and location are good, even if that means they’re more on the dear side. However my partner went there Thursday night and there was a new guy there. He bragged that he’d done 3 cuts in the time the other guy did 1, and it shows! It was the worst haircut he’s ever had. Barber didn’t listen to instructions, didn’t follow the previous shape, and kept on insisting on going shorter than my partner wanted. This resulted in multiple chunks cut out of the back, too short at the back and sides, and a box shape on top.

If you’re looking for professional barbers, Dapper and Boss is Definitely the place you’re after. I was welcomed by all the staff upon entry and offered a beverage. I highly recommend Andrih or Sirgi if you’re looking for an undercut and fade.

First time I went there a couple of months ago the service was great. Went back today and it’s by far the WORST BUZZ CUT I’ve ever had. Not even sure how someone can get a simple buzz cut wrong, and I just noticed when I got home. I can do it better myself and I’m fixing it myself. Never coming back.

Haircut and beard trim were the best I’ve had. So professional, focused on detail and thorough. I went because of the feedback on here, needed to book an appointment for next day but so worth the wait. So pleased with the outcome which was a result of being listened to and much checking in on my desired outcome.The absolute best.Visited again today. Thanks heaps Justin. I walked out feeling like a million bucks. You really are a talented barber. And I’ll see you again next time I’m visiting Wollongong.

Came here as my regular barber was closed, didn't get what I asked for and when I tried to reiterate what it was I wanted the barber tried to tell me what would look better and convince me to let him do what he thought was better. Then he didn't cut my hair to the length I'd specified, and sprayed so much product in my hair it looked ridiculous and I had to go downstairs and wash it out in the centres bathroom.Quite disappointed and for $40 the experience was less than ideal.Don't go here.
