I've never posted a negative review before because everyone has bad days. However after visiting the Bega cotton on store a few times over the last few months ive encounter horrible service on more then one occasion. On one visit to the store (JUST last week) i witnessed the store managers disgustingly rude treatment of the centres trolley staff.On another store visit The stores staff were too busy being sprawled out over the service counter talking to friends to help paying customersOh and apparently when you purchase a product online your email receipt doesn't count to get a refund you need the packing slip that was in the delivery package??? WTF
