Linds Rehabilitation Equipment

Went to Linds rehab to get a new pressure cushion for my wheelchair Brent and the staff could not have been more helpful, once I placed the order the cushion was delivered to my home with speed via courier.I am now sitting in comfort in my wheelchair when I am required to use it.

Very helpful and polite willing to help you what ever you want takes time showing you the difference products.

Customer Service communication is much to be desired. You call to ask a basic question and the attitude well done good to know I will never call you guys back for any assistance.

Amazing team of people, Topaz have recently supplied Linds with their office furniture and the team were extremely friendly and professional.

Have had nothing but trouble with receptionists,Had a 30k chair breakdown and they have very little interest in assisting or communicating.Techs are great but reception is impossible to deal with.They are now lying that they cannot contact me when the called my client and claimed someone would be out in a day or two.He had a near miss with a vehicle yesterday when his chair failedon a busy road.Ndis will be contacted for further complaints as these guys are clearly liars.Have recommend my other clients and therapist supports avoid this company in future.

I really want to highlight the amazing customer service from the staff at Linds Rehabilitation Equipment. I've just taken possession of an electric wheelchair which has a lot of customsied seating requirements, and other structural modifications.Obviously, this doesn't all happen in one go, so there were multiple interactions to get things right.Starting from the person who answered the phone, all the way through to the technicinans, seating consultants and people in the workshop, they were all professional and friendly.

Linds rehab have had my chair for months I know there is a pandemic and they keep telling me it is not their fault but I need my wheelchair the terrible at communicating they will communicate with my case manager and we occupational therapist much better than they communicate with me which I find offensive and demeaning they are very good at the job in terms of fixing things. But it is not worth the stress all the aggravation they offered me a hire wheelchair as a interim well they fix my chair but my manual wheelchair but it was not the same as my chair but because I have a specific chair it's not going to work for me I can understand if they sold me the chair in the first place why they can't find me a similar chair to use while they have mine they have had it 4 months apparently they're waiting on part but it's not just that it's the fact that they weren't honest with me in the first place and as far as I'm concerned I don't care if there's a delay or a pandemic it is not ok to leave somebody without any way of getting around I would like to say a big f*** you to these people and I will never use them again

If you have a disability this is the place to go very helpful and not time wasting willing to help

Amazing. We really needed their help quickly twice this weekend - once we went into the office, and once on chat. Different issues each time. Both times the issues were dealt with in a friendly and professional manner. Even today at 4.30 on a saturday afternoon a staff member was there to troubleshoot on chat. Can't ask for better service than that. We are very grateful.

These guys helped my mum out twice, Frist with the coolest ever purple 4 wheeled walker and second with the best ever Ottobock wheelchair (it's equivalent to a BMW in the wheelchair world),
