They wont back their 12 month warranty. Paid extra for an ADRAD radiator from Bursons, failed 4 weeks later with a whole in the front. It was professionally installed. Left me on the side of the road, vehicle towed, huge muck around, returned it and purchased a less expensive one still working fine. It was sent away and was supposed to take six weeks to get a reimbursement. That was in April its now November. I followed it up monthly to get a refund. I just received a call call from Bursons saying they wont refund it with two pages of BS as to why its not their fault. Luckily BURSONS gave me a store credit. Sorry ADRAD never again. Thankyou BURSONS

Worst experience possible. Made my order incorrectly twice then washed their hands of it and made a poor attempt at fixing the issue. Then delivered the goods back to me minus all of the bolts to actually assemble fan shroud and radiator together. Absolutely no quality control at all and 0 care factor. Would recommend to no one!
