The fruit and vegetables are not very fresh here. A limited selection also.Online click and collect is where this near or out of date produce goes. I have received many out of date or near to recently. Other supermarkets on the Peninsula are better stocked and fresher. Coles Hastings is a far better store.

Very good sized store. Reasonably wide isles. Well stocked. Clean and tidy. Plenty of parking available onsite. Friiendly staff (though team leader nearby on front desk could have been a little more cheerful, at the time I was there).

Picked up an order from Click&Collect. Called them, they picked up the call, didnt say a word, awkward silence and then they asked what's the name for the order. Waited a while, a woman came up, no greatings, literally threw everything in my car. One of the bag got torn pretty badly, she didn't say a single words and left. Worst service ever with Coles.

Fruit and vegetables poor quality and often damaged or rotting. Then you have to process your own items at the register at no discount, use your own bags while they stand there supervising you like you're a thief while youre doing their job. Better of going to a real fruiterer or the market if you want quality food and real service. Nothing's changed. I now leave baskets and trolley so they can put them away. Just waiting for them to say something....

I am very upset and frustrated from my shop on Saturday. I suggest you train your staff further on packing customers groceries.The checkout operator put tinned dog food and my bread in the freezer bag". She put all of my cold and frozen items into a normal bag. I got home and my pastry was thawed and other items ruined. I think it is common sense but the staff definitely need more training and education.Not impressed."

Always great service and in and outWhat more can you ask for from a supermarket, the only annoying thing I find, is the icecream products are frosty like they've had time to melt, and some other frozen items have wet cardboard packaging, there opposition seem to do this better
