Great prices and service....can't wait to shop there in the future

Great range of products but service is definitely lacking. I waiting patiently by the counter while another person was being served. There was no acknowledgement, no eye contact, no recognition that I was even there. I kept waiting while they talked about things not related to a sale. When another person walked in the sales guy said a hasty good bye to his customer then said “hey mate” to the new customer and went straight over while I was still standing next to him and the counter. Saying excuse me, still didn’t get any acknowledgment. Maybe he has a problem with women, I don’t know. But I won’t be back ever again. My money goes to businesses who care about their customers or at the very least acknowledge that one is in the shop

Nobody wants unpleasantness.Extra star - because I don't want it to just be about the negatives. This has been MY experience. Wished it could have been better. For my part, I apologized for reacting to being upset.Finally, I'm for supporting the little guys (small business)....Just give us confidence in how we are treated and in what we buy
