Family went here for dinner and the staff were all happy and friendly. Our meals came out super quick (20mins) and were delicious. I have been here any times before and will definitely go back. Only thing missing is a play area for the kids.

Ordered Lamb Korma pie which came with chips & salad. Chips were cold. Wait staff advised they would fix. Same wait staff came back & advised fresh batch being done. Continued to eat what can be described as a dry offering of pie (tasted like it had been a reheated job) Finished pie as I was hungry without chips appearing at any stage. Very poor service with sub standard food. Complained to staff but no explanation given for failure to deliver". Will never return to this establishment."

And here we were again for our now routine once a month lunch. Something came unstuck and three meals were served and then five of us waited and waited becoming a little disgruntled BUT the staff were excellent as they sorted things out, got us fed and offered a little extra to keep us sweet. Well done, team.Update: back again. Regulars once a month now. Good place to chat after church and yep, it's still the wings for me..Been at West Lakes United Church often in the last few years but never tried the place right next door. So today we went for lunch. Ten of us turned up, ordered in dribs and drabs, but most impressively, they were all served together. Pleasantly presented, amazing prices and yes, the pork crackling was superb. Great service especially from the young blonde guy. Think this might become a regular event.And so we were back again today. Yup. Already planning for next month.Third timeTwelve of us. Shambly lot of oldies dithering about orders. Patient, lovely service. Gotta love those wings....

Firstly disappointed that even though in large print written outside it was no longer Happy Hour, bar waitress was vague and rude and didn’t honour the advertising.Secondly specifically booked for alfresco area, the wrong table was for us.Thirdly when ordering we were told they ran out of rice, a member of our party had to change their selection, however two of us who had settle for extra veggies…….just got rice anyway.The renovation looks great, nice atmosphere and food was tasty and reasonably priced so a bit of a mixed review hence 3 stars.

Good food and friendly staff.Not too busy for a midweek lunch.Better than average wine list.. without being excessive.There are several spaces available to eat and drink.Nice separate area with fireplace.

There were 18 people in our group. Most if them had finished eating when my food arrived. Absolutely appalling. The pork was dryer than pork usually is, the slices of meat were too thick, the potatoes were under cooked. The only decent food on the plate were the roasted carrots as the salad was 90% lettuce. I shouldn't even give it one star but the waitress was pleasant, not her fault.

I did not stay here but dined here probably more than 5 times the last few months. Bartley Tavern definitely I can recommend. Good food, good atmosphere, good price. They have a nice salad station. Generous selections. When you ordered main course you can have access in the salad station defitely worth the money. The best food so far I tried here was the pork crackling with rice. So tasty and Yum! They have a good selection of drinks. Atmosphere beautiful. Service is fast all the time I visited. Friendly staff too12 July 2022Today it is sOoo busy. The table we supposed to have got mixed up and was given to another customers. But the staff is so apologetic and look for the best seat she could. We ended up near the bar area with a bigger and better table far from the busy crowded restaurant, we are all very happy of that. So thank you for the beautiful service. The food as usual so delicious. We will always come back on this place.

Fabulous service and great settings overlooking the wonderful waterfront of West Lakes foreshores. Fantastic menu and drinks. Relaxing atmosphere just to unwind with friends. Great for large groups function which I have organized before. Must visit!!!

This review regards the Bartley’s special event wine dinners. The food is simply amaaazing: thank you creative chef, you surprise us every time!! The wines and talks by the makers are interesting, the atmosphere and ambiance good. Value for money is also wonderful, so we are always looking forward to attending every other month. They could do with an extra hand in serving there as the girls work really hard to provide our 300 clean glasses for tasting, pour all the wines, serve and clear out 4 courses for 50 plus people ( = 200 plates) and keep us happy! Hat off to all. Thank you Bartley.
