Great location, hospitality and comfort. The house is lovely and centrally located so easy to walk to restaurants, park and shops. The rooms were really clean and well serviced, bed was really comfortable. Great place to stay if staying a few nights in Launceston. Bec and Carl

Wonderful accommodation. Kate and Toby are perfect hosts. We couldn't have wanted more. Value for money. Parking included. Opposite City Park and walk to Harvest Market in less than 5 minutes. Rooms are small but not tiny, exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. The communal dining/lounge is a modern bright space to rest weary feet and read or have a cup of tea. We will definitely return and can't imagine staying anywhere else in Launceston.

This place is great! Really comfortable and clean room with all the necessary facilities. The downstairs dining room is very beautiful, and we enjoyed a very homey breakfast there each morning. Would happily stay longer. Thank you for enhancing our holiday in Launceston.

Staying at The Florance was an absolute delight! Spotlessly clean, luxuriously comfortable, very tastefully decorated, charming and welcoming. Very professionally run with a lot of thought gone in as to what a traveller might want and need. We wanted to stay somewhere where we felt like we were in Tasmania, and this is what The Florance provided. The perfect location in Launceston. Great location with clean and comfortable rooms. Couple of issues, we could easily hear noise from next door room which was quite frustrating at night. Breakfast variety wasn't the best, would've been good to have options how to have the eggs

The rooms we selected were surprisingly miniscule. The only window was in the equally tiny bath, making the bedroom feel more like a closet. We forfeited our money and found more welcoming, relaxing and spacious accommodations. The location is good in terms of being in a hopping retail area, but no views to speak of.

This is a lovely, peaceful and picturesque hotel in a perfect location in the city. It is within walking distance to the city centre - restaurants, cafes and shops and all the key attractions in Launceston including the beautiful city park right across the road. The bed is extremely comfortable and the room was exceptionally clean with quality amenities and everything you need and more to relax and be comfortable.There is private parking at the back. The conservatory is like a cosy cafe with plenty of natural light and a great place to meet fellow travellers and/ or just enjoy breakfast and coffee or tea in.Kate and her team were very welcoming and friendly, made the booking process very easy and provided great advice on things to do and see. Would love to come back and stay again in future.
